EXCHANGE

You have 7 days from the delivered date to request an exchange for online purchased style(s).
Style must be in original condition, tags intact.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/sale items.
You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors or get an exchange code to place a new order for a new style.
Showroom exchanges are allowed on prior confirmation from Kirsche Capital Online Store (refer below for more info).
Online exchange process takes 7–10 working days.

REFUND

In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us are damaged, defective, or if the item delivered is different from what you had ordered, it will be accepted for refund and courier will be arranged free of charge.
We aim to process all refunds within 7–10 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse.

Refunds can only be made as follows:

  • Paid Orders – Refund will be made to the card used for the original order.
  • You will receive a refund confirmation via email or WhatsApp once the refund process is completed.
  • Refunds usually clear into your account within 5–7 working days, though this can vary according to the bank.
